Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available carrier options will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are in addition to our processing time.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Packaging Our products ship in flat mailers. Please note that due to the non-standard package shape, delivery times and rates may vary slightly by carrier.
Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- All items are eligible for return — we do not carry final sale items.
